My approach includes influences from yoga, drama, music, and art.

Through years of providing individual, couples, and group therapy in addiction and mental illness treatment, I developed keen understanding of contributing issues: relationships, life transition, grief and loss, trauma. I specialize in helping people better utilize existing ways of managing stress and developing new strategies to cope with life problems.

You already have skills that helped you get to today but maybe they’re failing in your current situation. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a highly effective treatment for many mood and relationship issues. I use CBT as a therapeutic base and augment with additional therapeutic techniques, tailoring my approach.
