Here are some of our favorite mindfulness scripts, written by top mindfulness experts and voiced by our Clinical Director, Katherine Casey. The selection below are recommended for those struggling with worry thoughts, anxiety, depression, eating disorders or experiencing difficulty with focusing, being in the moment, or sleeping. Before using these recordings in your mindfulness practice we encourage you to listen to “Breathing Basics”; stop immediately and contact a medical professional if you begin to feel light-headed or experience a worsening of symptoms.
