Rosie Armstrong, PC-I
Rosie (she/her) is a clinical intern, currently working towards a graduate degree in Psychological Counseling at Teachers College, Columbia University. She graduated from the University of Richmond with a BA in Psychology and Healthcare Studies. Implementing community events and working closely with families in previous positions fostered her passion for improving the community and the mental wellbeing of others. Rosie is dedicated to providing a collaborative and affirming space for clients to be heard with empathy, encouragement, and warmth. Her approach is client-centered with an emphasis on client strengths and capacity to heal. Rosie works from an integrative perspective, incorporating person-centered, anti-oppressive, and holistic frameworks. She hopes to specialize in working with people who give birth, their partners, and children.
