Sarah Lewin, LMSW
Sarah has spent the last seven years working in the field of maternal health as a labor doula and facilitating workshops on intuitive eating and Health At Every Size. Sarah brings a deep understanding of the unique ways our personal histories intersect with the transition into parenthood and offers a therapeutic space to cultivate tools to negotiate these transitions. She also specializes in supporting individuals struggling with body shame and disordered eating. Having trained with The Women’s Therapy Centre Institute, Sarah approaches counseling from a relational framework focused on healing fraught relationships to body and eating. Her practice is guided by calm, non-judgmental support and collaboration. Sarah completed her MSW at New York University Silver School of Social Work.
